We are excited to announce the new position of Senior Front-end Specialist for Developer Journey Automation squad within the Developer Experience (DX) tribe.
As a Senior Front-end Specialist, you have the responsibility to maintain and develop the front-end part of the different digital solutions based on the requirements. You also need to have a broad understanding of the full development stack and a natural inclination to broaden (T-shape) development beyond your focus areas.

You will:
- Create solutions that follow industry standard regarding usability, performance, reliability, and scalability
- Transform business requirements with key stakeholders into working solutions
- Ensure the technical front-end setup is up to date and following the banks/industry standard
- Work with end users to understand user behavior and collaborate with UX and UI designers to design interactions on web pages
- Utilize UX best practices and make sure the implemented solutions are accessible, usable, and findable
- Perform testing across all test levels e.g., unit, regression, performance etc. and drive test automation
- Ensure service and process adherence to security and compliance policies
- Provide L3 production support and work with the enterprise application support and platform infrastructure teams to balance service innovation reliability
- Support and improve discipline within the team and support a culture that promotes teamwork, participation, and empowerment for the whole squad
About you:
- Degree in Computer Science or related technical subject area
- At least 5 years of experience with key front-end development technologies (e.g., Angular, JavaScript ES6+, ReactJS, Redux, Webpack, GraphQL, HTML, CSS)
- Excellent technical skills within the front-end development area, including web end development area, web libraries and frameworks
- Experience in and understanding of DevOps principles and practices (e.g., CI/CD pipelines)
- High analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Be committed to and accountable for squad deliveries and end-results
- Agile development (Scrum, user story writing etc.)
- Enthusiastic about knowledge sharing and continuous learning both as an individual and as a squad
- Advanced English skills
We offer
Monthly salary range from 4240 EUR to 6360 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
