Requirements

Knows how to process the standard financial statements for small and medium-size companies;
Has at least 2 years of working experience in an accounting position or equivalent;
Can express him/herself in the accounting area with a confidence in a professional manner;
Have an understanding of Lithuanian Business laws;
Holds an active e-signature compatible for use with Lithuanian government agencies and their e-platforms;
References from the current/past employees;
Fluent English and Lithuanian are mandatory;
Having previously worked with a bank or at a financial institution is a strong Advantage;
Law, Banking, or AML background on the record is a strong Advantage;
Past or present experience in working with Fintech-related companies is a strong Advantage.

About Job

Alt Corporate is in a search of an accountant who is open-minded, ready to learn, and educate him/herself. We are committed to offering a learning environment and a great opportunity to excel in a high-growth industry with international companies.

Your responsibilities would include:

Performing Payroll declarations to a dozen of companies;
Performing Annual Reports for small and medium-sized companies;
Administering customer relationships, mostly through emails;
Setting your own benchmarks and templates for the work;
Learning to read data from an accounting software and the transaction processes for financial institutions;
Aim to identify procedural issues or concerns related to data collection thus easing up your work on the monthly/quarterly/annual reporting;
The standard accounting tasks apply such as preparing Power of Attorneys with Registry, VMI and Sodra;
Reports to Sodra for employed personnel and calculate their employee salaries;
Preparation of a standard declaration reports applicable to Department of statistics, VMI.

A regular position will be salaried from EUR 2000 to EUR 2500 gross terms, and a candidate with work in the past with Fintech companies starting from EUR 3000 to EUR 4000 gross terms.

Monthly (KPI) bonus; Quarterly bonus.

Other remuneration we will discuss upon individual agreement.

Paid studies/courses for certification in the field of expertise upon request.
