Job description
- Strategic Oversight: Provide high-level strategic guidance to ensure the company's growth and alignment with its long-term goals in the cryptocurrency and fintech sectors.
- Corporate Governance: Ensure adherence to corporate governance standards, including compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, particularly in the evolving crypto market.
- Financial Management: Oversee financial performance and risk management, including budgeting, financial reporting, and investment strategies.
- IT and Security Oversight: Monitor and guide the company's IT infrastructure, including cybersecurity, blockchain technology implementation, and the development of secure trading platforms.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, regulatory bodies, and partners, to support the companys objectives.
Requirements
- University degree in law or related field.
- Previous experience in the financial sector.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Business-oriented and pragmatic thinker.
- Excellent cooperation and communication abilities.
- Proficient in English language.
- Previous experience as a Board member would be an advantage.
