As an Operational Risk Specialist, you will be responsible for Third-Party and Outsourcing Risk analysis, where we will entrust you with the task of monitoring, analyzing, and advising involved parties on operational risk matters at Luminor. What You Will Do:
- Oversee and challenge the controls implemented by the first line of defence and perform routine monitoring of Third Party and Outsourcing risks under the guidance of a senior team member;
- Contribute in the collection and analysis of data for risk assessments and reports;
- Contribute to the development of recommendations for improving the effectiveness of risk management and control measures;
- Identify, monitor, analyse, measure, manage, and report on Third Party and Outsourcing risks under the guidance of a senior team member;
- Contribute to independent risk reporting to Luminors management and regulatory authorities;
- Oversee operational risk incident and change management processes under the guidance of a senior team member;
- Continuously keep updated with the regulatory environment and emerging trends to support Third Party and Outsourcing risk management;
- Contribute to other relevant elements of Luminors operational risk management framework;
What We Expect:
- 1-3 years of experience in third party and outsourcing risk management or a related field;
- Understanding of risks and control measures associated with outsourcing and third-party arrangements;
- Experience with risk assessment tools and techniques;
- Experience with relevant tools such as Vendor Risk Management platforms and tools to support risk assessments and monitoring;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate information and make recommendations;
- Ability to effectively communicate concepts and situations to audiences with varying levels of technical fluency;
- Degree in Business, Economics, Risk Management or similar field;
- Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication.
