This is the time full of new opportunities and chances to stand up and bring out the best in you! The Expert will join Loan Origination Lithuania Team which is part of Loan Processing Unit.

In this unit we are responsible for processing credit operations in timely manner and in highest quality. We reach out to create a positive experience for the customers each time we have a chance. At the same time, we develop our processes and tools in order to satisfy the needs of existing and future customers.

What You Will Do:

• Produce defined high-quality services efficiently and according to SLA on one or several products within functional area
• Execute tasks according to defined process descriptions
• Independently solve typical cases and daily issues of low to mid complexity
• Prepare agreements/amendments and related documents (for private clients) and book signed agreements/amendments into the system
• Other tasks defined and delegated by the team leader of the unit
• Contribute to improvement of work processes and improve customer service quality by proposing changes and suggesting ideas
• Assist other teams in troubleshooting/resolving tasks
• Substitute the colleagues within the unit
• Implementation of ethical standards and work according to bank values: curiosity, collaboration and focus.

What We Expect:

• Knowledge of Banking products, processes and systems
  
• Knowledge in loan area (would be considered as advantage)
• Customer service skills and orientation
• Thoroughness, accuracy and accountability
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Fluent English and Lithuanian is required in spoken and written communication.
