🌟 What we are looking for

We can call you Office Manager, but in reality, you'll be our Chief of Stuff! You'll play a critical role in keeping our Vilnius office running smoothly and making it a vibrant and productive place to work. To succeed in this position, you need strong administrative skills, the ability to prioritize and manage various tasks, and effective communication. This is a full-time role at our office in Vilnius and will be part of our People team.

💼 What you will do

  • Keep our office on point with all the essentials: tidy up, stock up on stationery, coffee, snacks, and yes, all the milk varieties we can handle. Were passionate about coffee and milk here!
  • Manage relationships with service providers while keeping an eye on the service quality and budgets.
  • Handle company documents (such as agreements and invoices) and manage calls and emails.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding for colleagues, and take care of company swag.
  • Plan and organize both in-house and off-site events and hybrid activities.
  • Assist our leadership team with various organizational and travel tasks.
  • Help employees and visitors with any questions or needs.

🎯 To be successful, you will need

  • Past experience in office management or administrative role
  • Strong sense of ownership, exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational, time management and communication skills
  • Proactive approach with a can-do attitude
  • Excellent Lithuanian and English language skills (written and spoken)
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, tech savvy
  • Past experience in customer service is a plus
