We are seeking a Responsible AI Expert to ensure that our AI deployments are ethically sound, transparent, and compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.

As a Responsible AI Expert, you will be instrumental in integrating ethical AI practices into our development processes and business strategies. You will collaborate with key stakeholders across compliance, risk, and technological domains to assess, mitigate, and advise on risks associated with AI deployments.

Danske Bank supports a high degree of workplace flexibility (our team is currently using a hybrid working model, where we work at least 3 days a week in the office.).

You will:

  • Develop and implement strategies to promote ethical AI practices, ensuring fairness, accountability, and transparency
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments for ongoing and new AI projects, pinpoint potential ethical and regulatory issues
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business leaders to embed responsible AI principles throughout project lifecycles
  • Provide expert consultation on responsible AI deployment to various business units and the GenAI tribe
  • Keep abreast of the latest developments in AI ethics, regulations, and technologies to guide internal practices and policies
  • Educate and train teams on the importance of ethical considerations in AI and promoting adherence to established ethical AI standards
  • Developing metrics and monitoring strategies to track and ensure compliance with ethical AI practices
  • Participate in the creation and revision of AI governance frameworks to reflect evolving ethical standards and regulatory requirements

About you:

You are a visionary professional with a robust understanding of AI technologies and their societal impacts. You possess:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of AI technologies and their potential ethical implications
  • Experience in roles focused on data analysis, business intelligence, AI ethics, compliance, or risk management
  • Familiarity with data protection laws and the ability to interpret complex regulatory documents
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences and collaborate effectively across multiple teams
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Law, Ethics, or a related field is beneficial
  • Upper-Intermediate English skills

We offer

Monthly salary range from 2000 EUR to 3000 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
