Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) who will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the companys day-to-day operations. This executive will work closely with the CEO and other senior leaders to develop and implement effective business strategies, drive operational excellence, and ensure the seamless execution of our strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the digital asset industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing complex operations in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
Experience in collaboration with consulting partners such as KPMG, EY, and PWC would be an asset.
Significant experience in management roles within the finance, fintech, or crypto sectors.
Prior experience in banking and regulated environments is advantageous.
Proven ability to manage complex projects effectively, with strong organizational and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
A solid understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and market trends. Experience in the crypto space is a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

Participate in development and implementation of Companys long-term strategy, with particular focus on operational departments.
Collaborate with other executives to define and execute a business plan that meets the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
Take ownership of leading Business, Client Support, Marketing, Project and Talent Management teams.
Drive the Company forward in both good times and bad.

Financial Management:

Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Establish financial controls, risk management policies, and ensure the organization remains financially sound and compliant with regulatory requirements.

Consulting and Partnerships:

Build and maintain relationships with consulting firms such as KPMG, EY, and PWC to leverage expertise and enhance operational efficiencies.
Negotiate and manage partnerships that drive business growth and enhance service offerings.

Operational Oversight:

Manage day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring efficient processes and effective resource allocation.
Implement performance metrics to monitor and improve operational effectiveness.

Project Management:

Lead large-scale projects, ensuring completion on time and within budget while meeting quality standards.
Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within project teams.

Regulatory Compliance:

Stay informed about regulatory developments in the crypto and fintech spaces, ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations.
Work closely with legal and compliance teams to implement best practices and risk mitigation strategies.

Team Development:

Mentor and develop a high-performing management team and cultivate leadership capabilities across the organization.
Promote a company culture that encourages innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.

Market Intelligence:

Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify new market opportunities.
Use data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and operational improvements.
