Vacancy: Internal Controls Analyst
Location: Vilnius, Lithuania

As an Internal Controls Analyst you will be a part of a dynamic and integrated Finance function delivering services through customer focus, transparency, effective process design, both internally and with our business process outsourcing (BPO) service delivery partners. This role reports directly into the Internal Controls Manager. The role is responsible primarily for delivering high quality internal controls and risk management activities to the business as part of the new JM Hub structure.
Your responsibilities:
- Execute the strategic roadmap for risk management and internal controls, serving as the business lead at both regional and local levels.
- Collaborate with the internal controls team and outsourcing partners to ensure adherence to business rules, policies, procedures, standards, and service level agreements.
- Assist the team in enhancing internal controls and risk management services through the use of performance metrics to identify and implement improvements.
- Take ownership of activities related to internal controls, including the design and implementation of controls, monitoring their effectiveness, remediating deficiencies, and maintaining controls-enabled technologies and tools.
- Act as the liaison between the JM Hub, local, and sector teams for all matters concerning risk management and internal controls, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Develop strong professional relationships with customer and stakeholder groups to address their needs promptly, resolve internal performance issues, and foster trust and understanding across Global Business Services (GBS).
Requirements for the role:
- Prior experience as an accountant in a Finance Shared Service Centre (SSC) or Global Business Services (GBS).
- Strong background in management of risk and internal controls, or experience of delivering a continuous improvement agenda.
- Possess proficiency in MS Office applications (particularly Excel), with familiarity in ERP systems.
- University Degree or equivalent, along with an accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) would be considered advantageous.
