About the job

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Key Account Manager to join our team! In this role, you will bridge the gap between sales and customer support, ensuring our clients achieve maximum value from our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

Lead new customer on-boarding projects, ensuring a smooth transition and timely implementation.
Upsell additional functionalities by understanding customer needs and presenting relevant solutions.
Build strong relationships by communicating with existing customers and collaborating with Product Owners on custom development opportunities.
Provide consultative support, advising clients on product functionalities and helping them optimize usage.
Identify and communicate documentation gaps to our Product teams for continuous improvement.

Proven experience in customer success or a similar client-facing role.
Strong communication, project management, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
A passion for enhancing customer satisfaction and driving business growth.
