Adforms legal, privacy, and ESG team consists of eight members (including you) across three locations: Vilnius (six members), Hamburg, and Copenhagen. We work closely with Adformers in nearly 30 global locations where we help our 700 colleagues to Change the Game supporting our global customers and partners. 

The Senior Privacy Counsel role is based in Vilnius, Adforms largest office with around 370 passionate, game-changing, Adformers. Reporting to the VP of Legal and Privacy Compliance (based in Hamburg), you will support the product, marketing, go to market, compliance, commercial and corporate needs of the business, having primary responsibility for providing advice on and drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, privacy compliance agreements, DPAs and DTAs with advertisers, media agencies, partners and publishers in the adtech industry and supporting on product and go to market strategy. This role is essential in driving Adform's strategic approach to privacy issues around the globe. 

This newly created role is pivotal for expanding our privacy team and driving Adform's global privacy strategy. You will ensure compliance with privacy regulations including GDPR, ePrivacy Directive, CCPA and other emerging laws. Partnering with teams across the organization, you will help manage risks, negotiate data protection agreements, and develop privacy strategies aligned with Adforms core values. 

The ideal candidate must have excellent business judgment and strategic thinking and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a collegial, fast-paced team environment. Adforms business spans the globe and requires an experienced, dynamic, and team-oriented attorney.
