Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies for specialty care and Rx (prescription) products in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia ensuring alignment with the companys overall business goals.
Manage the full product lifecycle, from market research and product positioning to campaign development and execution.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics within the specialty care and Rx market.
Collaborate with the sales team to provide product training, support, and marketing tools to drive sales performance.
Develop promotional materials, including brochures, digital content, and sales aids, ensuring compliance with local regulatory standards.
Establish strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and industry stakeholders to increase product visibility and market share.
Monitor and evaluate product performance, adjusting marketing strategies as needed to maximize revenue and market penetration.
Coordinate and manage product launch activities, ensuring timely and successful market entry for new products.
Track and manage product budgets, ensuring cost-effective marketing and promotional activities.

Requirements for Candidates:

Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a product manager, ideally in the specialty care (MS/Neurology) and Rx (prescription) pharmaceutical sector.
Strong understanding of the Lithuanian healthcare and pharmaceutical market, with a network of industry contacts.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that deliver results.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
Fluency in both Lithuanian and English (written and spoken) is essential.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in working with digital marketing tools is an advantage.
