Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for specialty care and Rx (prescription) products in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia ensuring alignment with the companys overall business goals.
- Manage the full product lifecycle, from market research and product positioning to campaign development and execution.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics within the specialty care and Rx market.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide product training, support, and marketing tools to drive sales performance.
- Develop promotional materials, including brochures, digital content, and sales aids, ensuring compliance with local regulatory standards.
- Establish strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and industry stakeholders to increase product visibility and market share.
- Monitor and evaluate product performance, adjusting marketing strategies as needed to maximize revenue and market penetration.
- Coordinate and manage product launch activities, ensuring timely and successful market entry for new products.
- Track and manage product budgets, ensuring cost-effective marketing and promotional activities.
Requirements for Candidates:
- Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a product manager, ideally in the specialty care (MS/Neurology) and Rx (prescription) pharmaceutical sector.
- Strong understanding of the Lithuanian healthcare and pharmaceutical market, with a network of industry contacts.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that deliver results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Fluency in both Lithuanian and English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in working with digital marketing tools is an advantage.
