Senior Relationship Manager will be managing the total relationship towards a portfolio of corporate customers according to Luminor values, policies and concepts and will aim to attract and acquire new customers to ensure new business and sustained growth. You will be responsible to secure profitability and sustained growth by optimizing business results and customers satisfaction.
What You Will Do:
- Performs direct sales to Medium corporate segment clients, servicing by providing actual bank products, identifying new client needs and offering bank solutions.
- Ensures desired income and profitability level of assigned client portfolio and high level of client satisfaction.
- Maintains relationship with existing clients, attracts new clients.
- Performs credit analysis, prepare documentation and present to decision makers.
- Monitors credit portfolio quality and initiate timely actions in order to solve problematic cases.
- Efficiently use relevant product specialists to meet customers needs and provide quality banking services.
- Proactively plan, deliver and follow-up of your personal tasks timely and according to the set quality standards, budget and Luminor values
What We Expect:
- 1-2 years effective sales and negotiation skills, including client prospecting and pro-active sales or Relationship Manager experience in Corporate Banking
- Excellent knowledge of banking products, credit products and financial analysis
- Very good understanding of credit risk and Credit Policy
- Advanced sales skills, including client prospecting and pro-active sales
- Advanced negotiation and presentation skills
- Analytical skills
- Development focus with a flexibility and openness to change
- Cooperation, effective communication
- Customer focus and readiness to take ownership and strong target orientation
- Creativity and high integrity
- Local language (Lithuanian) is must and advanced level of English: fluent in any spoken and written communication within the range of own personal and professional experience
