Data Driven Advisory squad within Markets Front Office is the primary reporting and IT solution provider for areas of FX and Transaction Banking. We are a diverse team of skilled data analysts with physical presence in Vilnius, Copenhagen, Bangalore and London.

United by our dedication to harness the power of data we transform complex data into actionable insights and robust management reporting to support data driven decision making and effective resource allocation.

Seeing an increasing need for advanced data-driven solutions within our stakeholder landscape, we are eager to welcome a motivated and skilled individual to join us on this exciting journey.

You will be located in Vilnius, Lithuania, but working from home up to two days a week is an option.

Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you a different seniority for the role.

You will:

Be responsible for collecting business requirements and harmonize the efforts of the business and IT throughout the entire solution development process
Develop new and existing operational and financial reporting solutions
Contribute towards internal process optimization, further solution automation
Facilitate ongoing collaboration and continuous alignment of expectations within the squad and with business stakeholders
In the long run, you will become the primary proponent for analytic solutions catering a specific business area, serving as their analytics ambassador

About you:

You are a team player committed to delivering high-quality results in a timely manner and driving assignments forward with minimal supervision
At least 3 years of experience working with data analysis or data management
You possess strong investigative skills, are proficient in data handling and have experience with ETL processes
You have extensive SQL experience, have worked with ETL tools (e.g. Alteryx, SSIS) and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Experience with Python would be considered advantageous
You have an analytical, solution-focused mindset and are attentive to detail
You work well with your stakeholders to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables
Upper-Intermediate English skills, both spoken and written

We offer

Monthly salary range from 3440 EUR to 5160 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
