We are excited to announce two new positions a Product Owner for Engineering Tooling squad and for QA Engineering Tooling squad within the Developer Experience Tribe. As the Product Owner, you will be responsible for ensuring best in class tooling for software development for all cloud platforms and having coherent software delivery performance metrics.

You will:
- Create, maintain, and prioritize the backlog of user stories that your Squad members will use to inform their work
- Maintain constant communication with developers to understand issues and latent needs
- Define vision and outcomes, ensure compliance and legality, and safeguard team focus
- Facilitate outcome-focused feedback to and from senior members at agile events and artifacts
- Manage data issues, compliance with internal governance, and contractual obligations
- Conduct ongoing assessment, review, and performance monitoring of the entire product portfolio
- Ensure product description, connection, and maintenance adhere to Enterprise Product Repository standards
- Be accountable for compliance and contracts related to the applications / services owned
- Oversee all activities related to reducing technical debt and maintaining a sustainable and healthy product
About you:
- At least 3 years in roles such as Product Owner or Project Manager within technical environments, with a strong technical background in software development
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, guide, and inspire teams; focus on setting clear direction and promoting collaboration
- In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban; additional experience with automation tools in software development is advantageous
- Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications are a plus
- Customer-focused, ideally with a track record of improving developer experiences
- Excellent strategic planning abilities with the experience in roadmap development and executing large-scale projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, effective in cross-functional collaboration
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities coupled with an analytical mindset for data-driven decisions, thriving in fast-paced and highly empowered environments
- Familiarity with financial services or working in a regulated environment is a plus
- Advanced English (written and oral)
We offer
Monthly salary range from 5200 EUR to 7800 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
