What we're looking for

Particle PR Agency is on the lookout for a mid-senior level Project Manager to join our growing team! We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with exceptional organizational and leadership skills to lead fascinating projects. If you can not only manage teams and projects but also craft texts in English and Lithuanian exceptionally well, you might be our ideal candidate!

As a Project Manager, you will

plan, lead, and execute PR projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget;
drive content production. Thats why English and Lithuanian content writing skills are a big plus;
collaborate with our copywriters to deliver newsworthy content for PR and social media, tailored for local and international audiences;
conduct thorough research to underpin communications strategies across various sectors, including Tech, FinTech, Cybersecurity, Business, etc.
collaborate with clients, industry experts, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met;
develop and oversee project timelines, allocate resources efficiently, and manage project risks;
foster an environment of creativity and innovation within the team, encouraging brainstorming and strategic thinking.

We hope you excel at

proven experience as a Project Manager or a similar leadership role in communications, journalism, or PR;
strong writing skills: both Lithuanian and English;
demonstrated ability to create compelling and newsworthy content for PR and social media;
resourcefulness in devising communication strategies;
excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills;
ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment;
being organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
