Job Summary: The Medical affairs department assistant supports key medical affairs activities based in cardiology, chronic venous disease and oncology fields. This person will work closely with internal colleagues e.g., Sales & Marketing, Regulatory affairs, Digital and Accounting departments as well as Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), Internal Partners: medical associations, pharmaceutical societies etc.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical affairs department assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support our medical operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the coordination of medical operations and administrative tasks.
- Support the management team with scheduling, correspondence, and documentation.
- Maintain and organize records, files, and databases.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other medical documents.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service.

Educational Background:
