LOAN MANAGER (Full-Cycle Financing Expert)

As a Loan Manager, you'll be at the heart of our mission, playing a vital role in servicing, analyzing, and managing loans for SMEs in the Baltics. You'll be a key part of an agile, Pan Baltic team that supports your professional growth and encourages innovative thinking.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Evaluate financing applications from SMEs in Lithuania.
Oversee the full cycle of financing projects - from application to closure.
Manage a dynamic loan portfolio.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Provide expert advice on alternative financing solutions to clients.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
Experience in lending or financial analysis (preferred, but not required).
Keen interest in alternative financing, financial analysis, and the Lithuanian business landscape.
Proficiency in written and spoken Lithuanian and English.
