Get ready to

• Develop and manage the day-to-day execution of email marketing channel – from ideation to implementation
  
• Oversee the maintenance and improvement of onboarding emails based on user interaction
  
• Initiate thoughtful, personalized triggered communications that will drive sales and support the companys strategic goals
  
• Actively utilize A/B testing with a focus on growth
  
• Track results of previous campaigns and suggest further improvements
  
• Work collaboratively with creative, marketing & product teams to support key initiatives and get things done

We expect you to

• Be creative, have analytical thinking, and effective communication skills
• Have basic marketing knowledge and a sense of ownership for project outcomes.
• Have a basic understanding of email segmentation, A/B testing, and email deliverability
• Have competence in GA4 and have a basic understanding of at least one email marketing platform. Bonus points for experience in platforms such as Klaviyo, Active Campaign, Zoho, or similar
• Be familiar with researching and gathering data to understand market trends and customer behavior
• Have a performance mindset with the ability to identify areas for improvement

Salary

Gross salary range is 1800-2100 EUR/month.
