Join our back-office team of 15 professionals at Danske Bank as a Junior Officer.

This position is perfect for those starting their career, as no previous experience is required.

You will play a crucial role in handling requests from other banks and transferring customers smoothly to their new banking service providers.

You will work across three key markets: Denmark, Sweden, and Finland.

You will:

Process and manage requests for transferring customers to other banks
Ensure each transaction is handled with high precision to maintain service quality
Collaborate with team members to optimize processes and enhance customer satisfaction
Adapt and respond effectively in varying situations by thinking creatively

About you:

Strong eagerness to learn and grow within the role
Ability to manage tasks efficiently
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Good problem-solving skills with a creative approach
Upper-Intermediate English language skills

We offer

Monthly salary range from 1160 EUR to 1740 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
