What you will be doing

Establishing and developing of customer and partnership relationships together with management of the leasing portfolio.
Advising customers and introducing services and products.
Managing car and equipment leasing product.
Concluding and signing agreements, representing the bank in accordance with the competence given.
Regular inspection and monitoring of the client portfolio and contracts, and performance of management-related activities in a timely, efficient and correct manner.
Establishing, developing and managing of partnerships with car and equipment dealers.
Creating and managing internal procedures, manuals, and tools to ensure an effective sales and contract management process.

What we expect from you

1+ year experience in the financial sector / banking with leasing sales (B2B).
Long-term experience in using spreadsheet programs for analysis and reporting (especially MS Excel).
You are capable of working in a team, you are proactive, show constant initiative and motivation to reach the best results.
You have great communication and problem-solving skills.
You have a higher education in economics, finances, management or related field.
You know Lithuanian and English languages well.
High analytical ability, business thinking.

Fixed remuneration of 3200 EUR (brutto).
