We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Service Development Partner to become part of the Functions Services team.
We are a committed group of 5 professionals, striving to modernize the experiences for our employees and vendors.
In this role, you will act as a partner on change and development topics to a Service area Lead yet be versatile and able to interact on behalf of the larger Services organisation.
*Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you different seniority of the role.
You will:
- Maintain an overview of E2E processes, customer/employee services, and customer/employee deliveries through the given Customer/Employee journey
- Facilitate and enable Services strategy development, ensuring governance framework and implementation in a Service Unit
- Engage with Tribes/CoEs/SEBC and Service Area Leads in creating a shared and agreed development roadmap, in alignment with the overall strategy (provide input to the ABR/QBR process aligned with the service lead and follow up on progress)
- Accelerate and run implementation of the change agenda, initiatives and frameworks and ensure benefit realization (linking to the achievement of cost targets for which Service Leads remains accountable)
- Lead projects/initiatives in Service Area and across Services using DB PM standards
- Support strategy development, governance and implementation in a Service Unit and within particular Service area
- Lead and drive the change agenda for the area as well as contribute to the change initiatives of the whole T&S Unit
- Connect a Service area with broader organization on change agenda, as well as enable structured cooperation between Service area lead, Tribes, and Business and manage organizational implementation
- Drive and enable continuous improvement in a Service Unit
About you:
- 3-5 years of experience working with change management
- Solid understanding in Services domain (preferably in services and operations management)
- Knowledge and previous experience in project, program, and process management
- Proven stakeholder management skills and the ability to navigate within a wider organization
- Proactive mindset with a can-do attitude
- Self-organized with the ability to operate without formal authority and deal with uncertainty
- Solid communication and presentation skills
- Upper-intermediate English skills
We offer
Monthly salary range from 3680 EUR to 5520 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
