You will be a part of the Business Intelligence (BI) team, which is responsible for the company's data platform in the financial and HR areas. Our mission within the organization is to empower business strategy by delivering timely, accurate, and relevant management information that supports operational, tactical, and strategic decision-making.

Our company's Business Intelligence platform is based on Microsoft SQL Server technologies, including SSRS, SSAS, and SSIS, as well as Microsoft Power BI Cloud and Oracle OTBI.

Responsibilities of the BI team include:

Data platform: Design, implement, and maintain a data platform that can store and manage large amounts of financial and HR data.
Dashboards and Reports: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that provide stakeholders with insights into financial and HR data. These dashboards and reports should be easy to use and provide meaningful information that can be used to make data-driven decisions.
Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with stakeholders from the finance and HR departments to understand their requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
Data Quality: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability by implementing data quality checks and validations.
Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshoot any issues that arise with the data warehouse, ETL processes, dashboards, and reports.

Your Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing Business Intelligence solutions using Microsoft BI tools. The Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining enterprise-level BI systems and will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement data warehousing and business intelligence solutions using Microsoft BI tools such as SQL Server and Power BI Cloud.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
Develop and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data into the data platform and Power BI data sets.
Design and implement data visualizations, dashboards, and reports using Power BI and other Microsoft BI tools.
Work with stakeholders to understand their data requirements and provide insights and recommendations.
Maintain and support existing BI systems and ensure data accuracy, consistency and reliability.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability by implementing data quality checks and validations.
Stay up-to-date with the latest BI technologies and trends, and recommend solutions that can enhance our current BI capabilities.

About You:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in Business Intelligence development using Microsoft BI tools.
Ability to read, understand and write SQL queries.
Experience with SQL Server, Power BI and other Microsoft BI tools.
Strong knowledge of data visualization, dashboarding, and reporting.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in English and IT literacy
