Job description
- Manage the preparation and consolidation of project budgets for the sub-holding.
- Plan and control cash flow to maintain financial stability.
- Organize and secure mortgage financing to support various projects.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of the sub-holdings financial statements.
- Organize and coordinate the audit process for financial reporting.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Head of Finance or a similar role.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and loan management.
- Ability to organize and manage both team and individual tasks effectively.
- Previous experience in securing financing or managing loan agreements.
- Communication style focused on team collaboration and goal achievement.
- Strong willingness to grow and continuously improve in a dynamic environment.
