Job description

Lead and develop software test team including automated and manual test engineers.
Lead all the QA activities, test results, leaked defects, root cause analysis, and identify areas of improvement.
Implement steps required to improve the processes.
Participate in forming Software Testing team.
Lead Embedded and Application Software Testing team.
Mentor, motivate and ensure the development of team members.
Set and constantly improve quality assurance standards, processes, methods and tools.
Define testing strategies to ensure the product being released is up to industry and company standards.
Create testing plans, including individual testing phases, and ensure the team meets the deadlines set forth in those plans.
When problems with processes are identified, Software Testing Team lead communicates their new ideas to the different teams involved in the project, including engineers and developers departments.

Requirements

Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a closely related discipline from an accredited university.
QA or engineering/development experience in a regulated industry.
Experience in applying software development life cycle and quality system principles, including Good Documentation Practices.
At least 1+ year management experience.
Excellence project management and coordination skills.
Working knowledge of regulatory requirements and international standards such as FDA Quality System Regulation, Medical Device Directive, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, IEC 62304, etc.
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Lithuanian.
Experience working with multiple remote teams and locations is a plus.
