We are pleased to announce that we are welcoming a Business Development Manager to join our team.

As the Business Development Manager (Hunter), you will be responsible for:

Hunting and Sales:
  • Proactively search for new clients (b2b) at Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and other focusing EU countries;
  • Sign new contracts and implement the contract plan;
  • Reach the Decision Makers effectively;
  • Organise and hold meetings with Decision Makers;
  • Guide clients and report in CRM.

Training and Support:
  • Be the expert in our product;
  • Participate in onboarding product into clients business;
  • Enhance customer leverage of the product to maximise the result of implementation;
  • Basically train clients employees;
  • Gather feedback from clients.

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
  • Fluency in English;
  • Experience in automotive retail. Managing sales or purchase teams will be an advantage;
  • High level ability to persuade and negotiate;
  • Proficiency in sales techniques. Strong communication, presentation and closing skills;
  • Goal orientation;
  • Self-organisation.
