Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Technical Presales Specialist to join our team, focusing on supporting our Qualys Cloud Platform and Ivanti Neurons Platform. This role is ideal for a technical professional who combines strong expertise in cloud security and IT management solutions with exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with clients and showcase the value of our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Consultation: Act as a primary technical advisor, providing in-depth product knowledge and guidance on the Qualys Cloud Platform and Ivanti Neurons Platform for potential and existing customers.
Solution Design and Demos: Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs, deliver tailored demonstrations, and develop customized solutions that align with clients' security and IT management requirements.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business challenges and recommending solutions that address their goals.
Proposal and RFP Support: Assist in creating technical documentation and responses for proposals and RFPs, ensuring alignment with client requirements and demonstrating a deep understanding of both platforms.
Platform Updates and Training: Stay updated on the latest features, enhancements, and best practices for the Qualys and Ivanti platforms. Educate internal teams and clients on new capabilities, ensuring they maximize the value of these solutions.
Collaboration with Vendors: Maintain close communication with Qualys and Ivanti representatives to keep up with product roadmaps, participate in joint sales initiatives, and provide feedback from customer interactions.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in technical presales, solution architecture, or related roles, preferably within cloud security, IT management, or similar fields.
Technical Skills: Strong expertise in cloud security and IT management platforms, with solid knowledge of computer networks and operating systems. Ability to demonstrate platform capabilities, address technical queries, and troubleshoot effectively to meet customer needs.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly understand and resolve customer challenges by providing innovative solutions.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and engineering.
