About:

Cognizant is an American multinational company providing information technology, consulting, and business process outsourcing services. We are looking for a collaborative, structured and motivated Norwegian speaker to join our team.

You can expect to:

• Manage other requests received from customers or colleagues via e-mail or internal systems in a timely manner

• Work with P&C Insurance policy administration (create/terminate/update private and commercial customers insurance policies)

• Ensure process guidelines are followed and updated

• Provide reports, statistics and updates related to own area of work

• Proactively identify and solve issues in the system

• Review that Customers / Insurers documents are compliant to existing procedures

We expect You to:

• Have good English and Danish language skills (B1+ and upper)

• Have strong motivation to provide highest level of customer satisfaction

• Be accurate, structured, and detail oriented

• Have strong communication and collaboration skills

• Have positive attitude and willingness to learn in fast changing environment

• Have experience in Insurance, Finance or Customer Care, but this would be an advantage, not a requirement
