You will have the opportunity to join a team committed to providing Everyday Banking services to corporate clients. This role involves managing account opening and closure procedures, processing orders for various banking products, and ensuring the seamless setup of online banking features for the international market.
We are seeking a candidate who is efficient and goal-oriented, committed to delivering high-quality services to our corporate clients, and actively engaged in building a Lean culture.

You will:
- Deliver Everyday Banking services to international business and VIP clients on a daily basis
- Address issues and handle ad-hoc requests to ensure an optimal customer experience
- Collaborate closely with advisory teams and stakeholders to optimize customer solutions
- Maintain the highest quality of processes and continuously seek opportunities for improvement or automation (e.g., through Lean methodologies)
- Participate in various initiatives and projects
About you:
- Experience in an operational or administrative role (would be a beneficial asset)
- A critical mindset with attention to detail
- A focus on quality and accuracy
- Effective collaboration and communication skills
- A proactive approach to learning and challenging processes
- Upper-Intermediate proficiency in English
We offer
Monthly salary range from 1400 EUR to 2100 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
