Aesthetics Sales Representative
We are seeking a motivated and energetic sales professional to join our worldwide sales
community. You will represent BTL and own-manufactured high quality medical devices locally
in Lithuania. Your work field will involve being in direct contact with key clients and offering
them consultancy on how they can benefit from innovative technologies. We offer you a

Basic information
- Location: Lithuania;
- Home office or an office space in Vilnius with a showroom;
- Travelling: The role involves frequent traveling in Lithuania and occasionally elsewhere in
Europe;
- Permanent, full-time role.
Role
As Aesthetic Sales Representative, you will represent BTL locally in Lithuania and provide
consultancy on premium medical devices in collaboration with key clients. The target is to
actively sell medical device solutions, provide support and build long-lasting client partnerships.
Your main focus will first be aesthetic devices.
You will use good communication and presenting skills, and you will not be afraid of taking the
lead of things. In your role, it is important to be able to influence people, and help them
understand what they need. Aesthetic Sales Manager role requires a person who can plan their
work, prioritize activities, and independently act according to the plan.
You will have all needed support from your Manager and the worldwide organization to
perform well. You will work in collaboration with internal teams for marketing, product
management and clinical support. All marketing materials are provided to you and adapted in
several languages. An office space with a show room for demo treatments in Vilnius will be
provided as a working locale, although you can also work from home according to your own
preferences.
Key tasks of the role:
- Sale of medical equipment in aesthetic medicine;
- Search and attraction of new clients (aesthetic medicine clinics, multidisciplinary medical
clinics, etc.);
- Development of the existing customer base;
- Handling incoming calls and emails;
- Carrying out a full cycle of negotiations with the client, maintaining and developing long-term
partnerships;
- Organization and holding of events to promote aesthetic equipment with the involvement of
specialists and opinion leaders in Lithuania;
- Preparing and conducting presentations for clients;
- Full support of transactions for the sale of products from the preparation of a commercial
offer to the delivery of equipment to the customer, document management;
- Work in CRM system and reporting;
- Participation in promotional events, conferences and exhibitions.
What we are looking for
- Knowledge of sales. Knowledge of the aesthetic equipment market is welcome, but not
required;
- Experience in direct sales of premium products and in sales of medical equipment are an
advantage;
- Higher education;
- High communication skills, skills to build long-term relationships with clients, organization
skills, ability to work in a team and result-oriented mindset;
- Skills of conducting business correspondence, competent oral and written speech;
- Presentation and public speaking skills;
- Presentable appearance, knowledge of business etiquette, high customer focus and goodwill;
- PC proficiency at the user level and good knowledge of office suites (PowerPoint, Excel, Word);
- English language skills (upper Intermediate and above);
- Willingness to travel;
- Availability of driving license and ability to use personal car.
