Identity & Access Operations Team is part of Cyber Operations in Security Resilience and Controls department, which also consist of Physical Security and Resilience, Nordic & Regulatory Collaboration, IT Business Risk & Controls, Cyber Design and Cyber Build.
The Identity & Access Operations team supports user and security administration in a multi-platform environment consisting of central and decentral platforms. IAM Operations team is located across three key locations – Lithuania, India and Denmark, consisting of 20 employees.
Identity & Access Operations Team is looking for IT Security Engineer Default to work in the Mainframe area of the team.
You will:
- Implement all processes related to identity governance and identity lifecycle management of both personal and technical users, including onboarding, offboarding and provisioning of access rights
- Contribute to IAM Operations SLA adherence, audit compliance and management of defined performance metrics
- Work on and troubleshoot access related incidents in ServiceNow
- Assure adherence to required IAM Controls, policies, standards, procedures and guidelines
- Collaborate with the team to identify and minimize access control issues, excessive access and segregation of service (SOD) concerns and/or other risks
- Contribute to internal and external Information Security Audits in Identity & Access Operations area
- Partner with the team to identify and drive the delivery of opportunities to automate, improve efficiency and reduce risks, while ensuring the right level of quality is met
About you:
- 3 or more years of experience in support of user identity management, access control, request-authorization frameworks and general IT Security topics
- Working knowledge of RACF (Resource Access Control Facility) and zOS
- Strong analytical judgement to drive enhancement of the IAM processes, products and tools
- Ability to provide insights and proposals in a manner that is both effective and focused of IAM Operations value to the business
- Critical thinking skills to understand a current problem, approve or suggest solutions that will properly resume service delivery, maintain proper access as well as minimize risk and financial exposure
- College degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
- Advanced English skills

Monthly salary range from 3440 EUR to 5160 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
