About the team

We are Wixs Blog team, responsible for a product used by tens of millions of users worldwide. Were currently at the beginning of refactoring one of the core areas of our product, which comes with a variety of technical and communication challenges. But thats just one of the obstacles were tackling. We also face challenges related to performance, AI, accessibility, and much more. Thats why we need you! Join us!

We are Wixs Frontend Engineering Guild. We build unique, scalable, resilient products and technologies that empower anyone to succeed online. Our mission is to develop complex micro-frontends and maintain the highest development standards. We embrace cutting-edge technologies, TDD, and clean code. We work in small teams, follow agile work methods and use continuous integration and delivery methodologies. We love sharing knowledge and contributing back to the open-source community.

Job Description:

Become part of a talented development team based in Vilnius, where you'll build features that impact millions of users worldwide. In your role, you will:

Design and contribute to building robust, scalable products
Embrace and uphold top-tier software engineering standards, with a focus on quality, performance, accessibility, and an excellent developer experience
Stay on the cutting edge by keeping up with the latest technologies
Collaborate with international teams and contribute to cross-company projects
Take full ownership of your work, enjoying the autonomy to make impactful decisions

Qualifications:

Over 3 years of experience in frontend development, with a strong foundation in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Proficient in modern JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js
Experienced with continuous integration and delivery tools
Strong communicator with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
Self-driven learner with the ability to independently lead projects from start to finish
