YOUR TASKS:

• Serve as a HR systems expert supporting various domains (Talent Acquisition, Reports, HCM)
• Work closely with IT and Data Management units to ensure best systems usage in all FLT group companies
• Collaborating with IT and third-party vendors to ensure successful implementation and upgrades of Enterprise systems
• Partner with the group companies and other stakeholders to create, maintain, and improve system configuration, business processes, and reports/ analytics
• Follow departmental processes and procedures to ensure systems and/ or configuration changes are functioning as intended and in compliance; perform data and configuration audits to validate data and process flow integrity
• Create and maintain user guides, procedures, and other helpful tools to improve associate and manager self-service
• Train HR leads and other stakeholders to improve systems adoption and data quality

 WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

• 2-3 years of IT Business Analysis experience
• Knowledge of HR processes and terminology
• Ability to solve complex tasks quickly and independently
• Organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Good English knowledge, both speaking and writing
