Meet the team:
Our EMEA Finance department is not just about numbers - its about fostering innovation, collaboration, and excellence. As the Accounts Payable Supervisor, youll be at the forefront of driving our team towards best-in-class performance, ensuring smooth and efficient invoice and T&E processes.
This role is more than just a job; its an opportunity to mentor and develop a talented team, streamline processes, and contribute to our mission of financial excellence. Where you come in:
- You drive and support service delivery for Finance, including Accounts Payable and the Payment process across EMEA.
- You ensure timely payments of vendor invoices and expense reports, maintaining accurate financial records and control reports.
- You actively participate and deliver on ongoing projects.
- You play a key role in stabilizing existing and new processes managed by Finance, including developing and reporting operational KPIs.
- You form strong relationships and partnerships with internal and external customers across EMEA locations.
- You support and develop the team during periods of significant growth strategies in EMEA, constantly focusing on service delivery and operational excellence.
- You supervise and lead the team to ensure proper work allocation, team performance, motivation, and development.
- You develop a team culture of continuous process improvement, searching for increased efficiency and ready adaptation to align with the evolving demands of the wider organization.
- You assist with other ad-hoc reporting and projects as necessary.
What makes you successful:
- You have experience with Oracle Fusion or other major ERP systems.
- You possess a thorough understanding of accounts payable and procurement functions
- You understand the main principles of accounting and finance.
- Your proficiency in Excel and strong PC skills are essential.
- You excel in interpersonal, written, and verbal communication.
- You bring strong people management skills and a customer service mindset.
- You are proven in your ability to lead a team effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Your ability to form strong relationships and partnerships with internal and external customers is key.
- You demonstrate a commitment to continuous process improvement and operational excellence.

Experience and Education Requirements:
- Typically requires a Bachelors degree and a minimum of 2-5 years of related experience.

Monthly base salary for this position is from €3,258.33 to €3,833.33 gross. Final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
