Job description
- Serve as the primary security contact for company operations and group functions within the assigned region.
- Develop, manage, and enhance security policies and procedures, including access control, video surveillance, and visitor management.
- Oversee physical security, personnel safety, and asset protection for multiple sites.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage relationships with contract security service providers, ensuring compliance with standards and training.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external law enforcement/emergency agencies.
- Provide training on security platforms and emergency response procedures.
- Lead investigations related to theft or other security incidents.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 4 years in corporate security management or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of security industry practices, access control systems, and IP video surveillance.
- Experience with Lenel OnGuard and Milestone software (would be an advantage).
- Proficient in project management, including financial tracking.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills.
