Our Tribes vision is to deliver core lending and lifecycle services for mortgage and bank loans across all markets and customer types, which means that we have full responsibility for solutions that is handling financing across the Nordics. We also support the bank and other Tribes with new loan products, process changes and services to enable the banks strategy and an even better customer experience.
The tribe has employees across 3 locations: Lithuania, Denmark, and India.
Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you different seniority of the role.

You will:
- Work with IBM Rational Tools on core mortgage loan systems mainly based on Mainframe: DB2®, COBOL, CICS®
- Develop solid solutions which are used by many consumers with a high focus on correct architecture
- Have an opportunity to work with REST APIs and event-based integrations
- Maintain and improve legacy system portfolio
- Work in an agile & collaborative manner within internationally (Denmark and Lithuania) distributed squad
About you:
- Experience in applications development
- SQL and database modelling experience
- Experience in Mainframe technologies (advantage)
- Willingness to learn new programming languages, tools and processes
- Be focused on quality code, with a healthy sprinkle of pragmatism
- Maintain personal responsibility while working with the team towards its goals
- Bachelors or higher degree in IT or related technical discipline
- Upper-Intermediate English language skills
We offer
Monthly salary range from 3520 EUR to 5280 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
