As a GenAI Senior Business Analyst , you will join our People insights squad, a cross-functional and agile team that delivers people analytics to the organization and will play a key changing role in adopting AI in the HR domain.

You will collaborate with various cross-functional teams to facilitate the adoption of AI within HR practices, ensuring that our processes are engaging, modern, and future-proof. This position demands a candidate who is self-driven, has exemplary consulting skills, and can autonomously explore and implement innovative AI solutions.

You will:

  • Adopting AI technologies in Group HR. You should be able to participate in the development and delivery of new AI features and enhancements along the employee lifecycle, as well as implement functionalities that our GenAI tribe delivers
  • Change & training ambassador, you will have an important role in educating our HR organization in using the AI features in tools and systems and support colleagues on their journey of being AI driven and digital
  • You will consult colleagues and stakeholders on benefits and values AI will bring to Group HR as well as drive the preparations and updates of business case
  • Planning and management of AI projects and initiatives for People Tribe and ensuring alignment with the squads mission and vision
  • Analysing data and ensuring data driven decision-making within Group HR
  • Presenting and communicating stories to different audiences, from HR professionals to senior executives, and translating data into concrete business actions

About you:

  • Genuine interest in AI with the capability to efficiently learn and apply new technologies
  • Self-driven individual with advanced consulting skills, characterized by good problem-solving abilities, effective communication, and the capacity to provide strategic insights and actionable recommendations
  • Project management skills and experience in planning and managing initiatives
  • Comprehensive change management and stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to drive process adoption and usage
  • Advanced communication and presentation skills, with the ability to narrate compelling data stories to varied audiences
  • Demonstrated experience in agile, scrum-based environments, especially within a large organization
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to distil complex technical and business concepts into clear, actionable plans
  • Advanced in English, both written and oral

We offer

Monthly salary range from 3440 EUR to 5160 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
