Job description
- Ensure compliance with the OECDs Pillar Two framework, including the implementation of global minimum tax rules and reporting requirements;
- Review US and local GAAP tax provisions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations;
- Support Transfer Pricing Manager to implement policies and create documentation, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations. Conduct regular reviews and updates to transfer pricing strategies;
- Support developing and implementing tax planning strategies to optimize the companys tax position and minimize tax liabilities across multiple jurisdictions;
- Partner with Global Finance to manage tax audits and disputes, working closely with external advisors and tax authorities to resolve issues and mitigate risks;
- Collaborate with finance, legal, and other departments to ensure alignment on tax-related matters and support business initiatives;
- Stay current with changes in tax laws and regulations in Europe and the US, and assess their impact on the companys tax position.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Masters degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, ACA) preferred;
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in international tax, with a focus on European and US tax provisions, tax planning, and transfer pricing;
- In-depth knowledge of OECD Pillar Two framework and global minimum tax rules;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex tax regulations and provide practical solutions;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external advisors;
- Proven track record of managing tax audits and disputes;
- Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite;
- Professional proficiency in English.
