What You Will Do:

• Challenges and advises First Line in the management of ICT and risk type
• Independently identifies, challenges, monitors, and reports on ICT risks
• Coordinates and issues risk opinions about the risks associated with Change Risk Management
• Executes and performs control and assurance activities related to ICT processes and ICT risk type
• Oversees ICT Risk Management standard and its implementation in first line
• Coordinates the RCSA and other core Operational Risk management processes from ICT risk type
• Monitors and follows-up Operational Risk Metrics on ICT risk
• Reports significant ICT incidents to the senior management and external regulators
• Develops expertise in ICT risk type and stays updated with industry best practices; provides an expert opinion, guidance and support related to ICT risk type and its management
• Drives team performance with proactivity, enthusiasm, and commitment while contributing to team and company goals

What we expect:

• 3+ years of experiencein ICT and operational risk management field
• Strong understanding of ICT systems, technologies and processes,including common risk management (e.g., ITSM, risk assessment platforms)
• Knowledge of risk management frameworksand best practices (ITIL, COBIT, ISO 27001, NIST, etc)
• Excellent communication and presentation skillsto convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skillswith the ability to evaluate complex information and make sound risk-based decisions
• Leadership and team management abilitiesto guide and mentor junior staff effectively
• Strategic and tactical thinkingfor identifying and managing ICT risks in a dynamic environment
• Independence and flexibilityto work on multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on a Pan-Baltic level
