INIKTI, UAB a growing and ambitious international company in the renewable energy sector, specializing in wind farm project development, is looking for a highly skilled professional to join an innovative and welcoming team.

Responsibilities:

Strategic investor engagement: establish and maintain relationships with investors, ensuring long-term collaboration;
Financing solutions: collaborate with banks, financial institutions, and other partners to secure required investments;
Project sales management: oversee negotiations and sales processes, maximizing value for the company;
Mergers and acquisitions: analyze and assess acquisition opportunities, preparing strategic proposals;
Financial modeling and evaluation: create and assess financial models, analyze project metrics, and provide recommendations to the management;
Work on large-scale projects: the first project is valued at EUR 55 million, with future plans exceeding EUR 600 million.

Requirements:

Proven experience in investment acquisition, financing, or strategic planning. At least 3 years;
Ability to create, analyze, and evaluate financial models:
Strong understanding and experience in the energy sector - advantageous;
Higher education in finance, economics, or related fields;
Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills;
Ability to perform under pressure with a strong results-driven mindset.
