We offer work in Digital Technologies department, acting as an central unit for managing strategic, innovation and IT projects and programs. Avia Solutions Group Digital Technologies department provides services to subsidiary companies world-wide related to IT Governance & Management, IT Service Delivery, IT infrastructure services, workplace support and ServiceDesk, Enterprise Applications (Digital IT Solutions, ERP), Cybersecurity and PMO. IT Infrastructure unit consist of the following teams: Microsoft platform, Linux, Cloud and Network. As Network Administrator you will work with IT Operations activities, global network infrastructure and services engineering, participate in various projects to setup and or upgrade networks across multiple locations worldwide (remotely).

We're looking for a Network Engineer (regular) who enjoys solving network challenges to keep our infrastructure reliable and efficient.

What you'll do:

• Configure and deploy Palo Alto firewalls (using Panorama).
• Plan and build small networks with Aruba switches and access points.
• Secure network access using network access control (HPE ClearPass).
• Maintain and expand existing worldwide IPsec VPN connections.
• Plan, estimate, and order required networking equipment.
• Document network setups and provide guidance for troubleshooting.
• Eliminate single points of failure and fight "temporary" setups.

A typical week might involve independently planning (according to internal standards) and deploying a new office network for around 20 users, adapting standard changes and troubleshooting previous installations.

What we're looking for:

• Hands-on experience with Aruba, Fortinet, and Palo Alto ecosystems.
• Familiarity with routing protocols (e.g., BGP) and network failover solutions (LACP/STP).
• Problem-centric mindset and practical troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication skills in English.
