Responsibilities

Coordination and development of road design within an infrastructure project from initial planning through to final construction.
Collaborate with engineers and architects to create detailed design plans and specifications.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding road design.
Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to inform design decisions.
Prepare and review technical documentation, including reports, drawings, and specifications.
Facilitate communication between various project stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and the public.
Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to design plans as needed.
Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in road design.

Qualifications

University degree in civil Engineering or equivalent
Experience as a Road expert in at least one completed Infrastructure project
Broad knowledge and understanding of civil engineering with practical design experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build relationships with colleagues and provide geotechnical support in key sectors.
Proven experience in site investigation planning and management.
At least 10 years' professional experience in the relevant field
Proficiency in English B2 level minimum.
