As an Operational Resilience Specialist in Exercises and Operations, you will play a crucial role in this mission. Your expertise will enable us to design, conduct, and evaluate operational resilience exercises, ensuring our team is well-prepared to handle any unforeseen events. You will:
- Design and lead operational resilience exercises that simulate a range of disruption scenarios to test the banks preparedness and response strategies
- Identify areas for resilience enhancement and implement improvements based on exercise outcomes
- Work with relevant stakeholders to understand critical operations, recovery objectives, and dependencies, ensuring comprehensive exercise scenarios
- Evaluate the effectiveness of current contingency plans and impact tolerance levels through rigorous testing
- Develop and maintain robust reporting systems to document exercise outcomes, provide feedback, and suggest actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Ensure that we are compliant with applicable regulation and that we continually develop and stay at the forefront of the sector on Operational Resilience
- Coordinate responses to actual disruptions, applying insights gained from exercises to optimize real-time crisis management
- Engage with Business Continuity, Crisis Management, IT Resilience and other teams to ensure alignment of exercise objectives and methodologies
About you:
- Proven experience in operational resilience, crisis management, or related fields, specifically within the financial sector
- Experience in designing and conducting operational resilience exercises
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex issues and derive actionable insights
- Upper-Intermediate English language skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks effectively under pressure
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable in both internal and external forums
We offer
Monthly salary range from 3360 EUR to 5040 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
