So, complete the test assignment, pass a couple of interviews and go through a month of Company Bootcamp period and youll open the door to new opportunities. It is not going to be easy, we require employees to work hard and develop their skills at a fast pace.
You will work closely with other front-end developers, back-end developers, QA engineers, designers, PMs and other employees. Our PM will make every effort to make you feel comfortable working in the company. The company has introduced an PDP (Personal Development Plan) for each employee. Our full-time English teacher will provide support and improve your English skills.

Test assignment
- Build a responsive page with 3 blocks, implement 1 POST and 1 GET request.
- The Company may, at its sole discretion, not provide applicants with the reason for being rejected and technical details of the test completed.
- Once getting to the 3rd stage of the interview, the candidate will have the opportunity to receive feedback from a technical specialist regarding your test task including technical details.

Our working conditions
- First month will be a paid Company Bootcamp;
- Company Bootcamp period paid as fixed monthly payment;
- Always stable and on time salary;
- We work officially (Private Entrepreneur by contract);
- Salary is calculated in €/h, with loads of 160 to 200 or more hours per month (all spent time is payd);
- Additionally: company pays Bench as 75% from rate and FuckUp pays as 50% from rate;
- Revision of the hourly rate every six months by +50% (according by regulations);
- Quarterly bonus, project performance based;
- English classes 2 times per week (groups of two people, after work hours);
- Notebook, 4K monitor, stand, mouse, keyboard, headphones, comfortable chair, company branded T-shirt and mug;
- Working day from 8:00 to 17:00 (The plan for the day is made at the stand-up meeting and must be accomplished (considering common sense) within the day according to the checkpoints. After accepting the work, the PM finalizes the working day);
- Breakfast, lunches and other things in the kitchen at the expense of the company (coffee, tea, cookies, sweets, yogurts and drinks in the refrigerator).
Requirements
- 1-3+ years of frontend development experience;
- Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3 (fixed width, adaptive and responsive layout, pixel perfect markup);
- Experience with Twitter Bootstrap 4 or Google Material Design;
- Experience with at least one CSS-preprocessor (Stylus, Sass, Less) or PostCSS;
- Experience with Figma;
- Knowledge of Javascript, HTML document DOM model and events;
- Experience with React or Vue;
- Experience with Webpack;
- Familiarity with bug tracking systems Jira/Trello/etc;
- Git, GitHub/BitBucket, pull requests;
- Ability to quickly search for information in the internet («googling»);
- Passion for software engineering, learning, and continuous improvement;
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Additional Skills (Nice to Have):
- Knowledge of Node.JS (JavaScript or TypeScript), knowledge of Electron;
- Basic understanding of React Native;
- Experience in server configuration (nginx), Websockets, CDN and other modern frontend/web technologies;
- Knowledge of CI/CD, Docker, DevOps experience;
- Out-of-the-box thinking.

- Kanban Methodology for Task Management: The company uses «Scrumban» (our own flavor of Kanban system with Scrum elements) for effective planning and execution of daily tasks.

After successfully completing the onboarding and starting your collaboration with us, you will receive a PDP (Personal Development Plan). Your PM will help you plan your further growth and learning during your free time. Additionally, you will gain expertise in a variety of technologies depending on the projects you are assigned to. We also offer English courses twice a week.
Within the PDP framework, you can deepen your knowledge in your current field or even switch to a different direction. At our company, you will continue to grow constantly, with small breaks as per our guidelines, allowing you to enjoy the moment and then proceed with your development.
