Job description

The role involves assisting the company's CEO in product and brand development, e-commerce growth, brand awareness and managing B2B and B2C sales processes. Our goal is to develop a specialist who will gain in-depth knowledge of various processes, strengthen their skills, and gradually take over responsibilities from the CEO, eventually transitioning into the role of general manager.

Responsibilities:

Analysing and providing recommendations for improving e-commerce processes;
Contributing to the planning and implementation of brand and product awareness strategies;
Communicating with international interior design salons, boutiques, museum gift shops and online interior goods stores;
Actively engaging in the development of the brand's social media presence (Youtube, Pinterest, TikTok);
Assisting in the development and execution of existing and new product strategies;
Supporting the creation of brand imagery by overseeing product and lifestyle photoshoots, as well as video productions;
Enhancing brand image and improving customer experience.

Organizational skills and a structured approach;
Proficiency in English, as it will be one of your main working tools;
Preferably with experience or a strong desire to work in the marketing and e-commerce field;
A keen interest in interior design, architecture, and visual arts;
Writing texts is not a challenge for you.
