Currently, we are looking for an IT Auditor to join our team!

Your Role:

• Perform Audits: Conduct IT audits in alignment with professional standards, internal policies, and procedures, utilizing Internal Audit templates and reporting guidelines.
• Risk Assessment: Assist in assurance and advisory tasks of varying complexity, with a focus on identifying risks and evaluating controls. Support more complex audits as needed.
• Reporting: Draft clear and concise reports for management and internal audit, summarizing audit findings and ensuring timely implementation of recommended actions.
• Collaboration: Develop and maintain strong relationships with the PZU Internal Audit team and other senior managers, fostering open dialogue and collaborative problem-solving.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to the Environmental Protection Management System requirements in line with LST EN ISO 14001:2015, as well as company procedures and policies.

What you need to suceed?

• At least Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology Management, Economics, Accounting, Audit, Management, or a related field.
• Prior experience in internal/external audit, IT internal controls, compliance, or risk management. Relevant certifications (e.g., CIA, CISA) are a plus.
• Technical Expertise: Familiarity with a variety of operating systems, databases, and security tools (e.g., Active Directory, SQL, Cloud systems, AWS, Firewalls).
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build strong working relationships, with excellent communication, influencing, negotiating, and presentation skills.
• Analytical Ability: Strong writing skills with the capability to present well-reasoned conclusions backed by sound arguments and documentation.
• Adaptability: Self-motivated, flexible, and capable of meeting deadlines, both independently and as part of a team.
• Cultural Competence: Comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
• Language Proficiency: Advanced English skills.

Salary: Competitive, ranging from 2500 - 4500 EUR (before taxes), based on experience and qualifications.
