We are looking for a Technical Sales Support Intern for our Kaunas office to help digitalise customer communication through a chatbot. If you are a proactive problem-solver with a passion for finding technical solutions to enhance the customer experience, this role is for you

In this role, you'll:

Analyse existing chatbot solutions on the market.
Assist in developing potential chatbot scenarios to enhance Inbanks' sales support processes.
Assist with help desk project for chatbot development.
Identify, suggest and help to implement improvements to boost sales and sales support processes.
Gain insights into sales by learning about Inbank's internal sales processes.

You ideally come with the following:

Currently in your 2nd or 3rd year of studies in Sales/IT or Data Analytics.
Interest in creating technical AI solutions.
A can-do and a solutions-oriented mindset.
Strong organisational and analytical skills.
Strong written and spoken communication skills in Lithuanian and English.
