We are seeking an Accountant to join our dynamic team at the holding company of Avia Solutions Group. The successful candidate will have a strong, self-assured personality, excel in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate high attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Perform standard bookkeeping functions (entering daily transactions, monitoring AP/AR, preparing reconciliations, preparing primary journal entries and account analysis); primary accounting functions;
• Ensuring accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing;
• Participate in purchases and payables; bank transactions; sales and receivables;
• Conduct ad hoc financial/operational analysis as required;
• Support the finance team in creating procedures to improve accounting systems and company policies.

Requirements:

• Higher degree in Finance, Economics, Business or Accounting;
• English (working language);
• Proficient user of MS Excel;
• Ability to work with processes of multiple companies;
• Beneficial: experience working with foreign companies (DE, UK, EU), knowledge of the German language, experience working with systems – SAGE X3, YOOZ
