Client Support Manager
Job description:
- Communicate and provide outstanding client support via email and chat. From time to time you may receive a phone call, but most of the communication with clients goes through emails and chats
- Build and develop client relationships that will turn them into advocates
- Troubleshoot software-related issues and provide feedback to our developers
- Comply with process guidelines and regulations defined internally and by external regulators
- Actively and constantly collect feedback from clients and share with the relevant teams
- Contribute to process improvement ideas
- Support new peers
- Establish and maintain good relationships with other teams
- Maintain a collaborative and productive working environment with your colleagues
- Contribute to other projects related to customers growth and wellbeing
- Other ad hoc tasks
Requirements:
- Strong communication and people skills: empathy, patience, respect and a real interest to support people
- Fluency in English language (other languages are considered as an advantage)
- Stress resistance, ability to handle challenging situations with the clients
- Enthusiasm and curiosity, teamwork
- Ability to navigate in dynamic environment and keep your knowledge up to date
- Experience in Customer Support is considered as an advantage
