Model Opakowania Sp. z o.o., part of the Swiss Model Group, has been in Poland for 25 years. We are one of the leaders in the corrugated packaging industry in Poland and Europe. Our own paper mills, 3 modern corrugators, technologically specialized machinery allow us to strengthen our position, produce packaging that meets the strictest market requirements, and provide our employees with comfortable and stable working conditions. We produce packaging made of corrugated cardboard with flexographic printing in the HQ standard, laminated cardboard with offset printing, and M-FOLD endless cardboard. We have three factories in Poland - in Bilgoraj, Czosnow and Nowa Sol. We currently employ nearly 850 employees.

We are currently looking for candidates for the position of:

Regional Sales Manager Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia

Daily tasks:

Market analysis in terms of sales development potential.
Active acquisition of new B2B customers and sales development in the dedicated area.
Building and maintaining long-term relationships with business partners.
Meeting established sales targets and quality indicators.
Preparing offers and documentation for tenders.
Sales negotiations.
Monitoring competitors activities.

We expect:

Minimum of 3 years' professional experience in B2B sales, preferably in a manufacturing company in the printing or packaging industry.
Experience in implementing sales projects related to new customer acquisition and market building.
Efficiency in action, result-oriented, proactive problem solving and analytical thinking.
Computer skills in MS Office, especially Excel.
Proficiency in Polish or English to enable free communication.
Category B driving license.
Willingness to visit customers regularly and availability for business trips.
Experience in selling solid, corrugated and/or laminated cardboard packaging would be an asset.
